I would like to introduce Mr.Marcus Floyd, a prominent black male business owner hailing from Lexington, Kentucky. He owns Horse Kicks, which he founded with a mission to redefine equine culture through the lens of sneaker design, craftsmanship, and innovation. Inspired by the energy of sport, fashion, and horse racing, the brand merges luxury aesthetics with performance-driven equine footwear. His quest to launch his Black-owned men's business, creating and cultivating custom horse sneakers, has evolved into a globally recognized creative movement built on bold storytelling, premium design, and a passion for pushing tradition forward. Marcus is an exemplary role model for black male business ownership, and he is a great father and family man. I had the honor of interviewing him for a Q&A to pick his brain and gain insight and wisdom for future black male business owners.
